In this article, we’ll break down Webflow pricing – from hosting plans to team workspaces and other Webflow services – and help you choose the best plan for your project.

How much does it cost to run a website on Webflow for a year?

A “Site Plan” is a Webflow subscription for one specific website. It includes everything needed to keep your site online. Depending on the selected plan, you’ll get access to various hosting and website management features:

  • Hosting on your own domain (you’ll need to purchase the domain separately)
  • Security features, including SSL certificate and protection against bot attacks
  • Automatic backups and updates
  • Global CDN for fast loading anywhere in the world
  • CMS (e.g., for a blog – available on CMS and Business Site plans)

When planning your website budget, you’ll always need to consider at least three types of costs:

  1. Website production – payment to designers, developers, and copywriters
  2. Hosting – running and maintaining your website
  3. Domain – the web address itself

This article focuses on point #2: hosting. Webflow hosting tends to be more expensive than using WordPress with your own hosting provider. However, the price also includes a built-in content management system.

On the flip side, Webflow can reduce website production costs since it’s a no-code tool – development is faster and simpler. For most companies, this relatively small investment pays off quickly through a higher-quality website, easier management, and smoother long-term growth.

Payment systems and currencies in E-commerce Plan

E-commerce Plans – for online stores

Webflow E-commerce Plans start at $29/month and include everything from standard Site Plans, plus:

  • Integrated payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay)
  • Product management (up to 15,000 items, depending on plan)
  • Automated customer emails and abandoned cart reminders
  • Tax calculations and discount coupons
  • Transaction fees: 2% (Standard) or 0% (Plus and Advanced)

[.c-tipboxlight]From our experience, Webflow E-commerce Plans are best suited for small and simple online stores. If you need a more robust setup – product variants, inventory tracking, sales analytics – we usually recommend building your store on a specialized platform like Shopify, and simply connecting it to your Webflow site.[.c-tipboxlight]

Team collaboration with role-based access

Workspace Plans – for teams and agencies

Workspace Plans are designed for collaboration across multiple Webflow projects. They’re ideal for developers, agencies, or marketing teams managing several websites at once. Plans start at $19/month per user (annual billing) and include:

  • Multiple staging sites: test and preview new projects before publishing
  • Team collaboration with role-based access: control who can view, edit, or publish
  • Code export: download clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript if you want to host the site elsewhere
  • Custom code support: add your own scripts or third-party integrations
  • Shared libraries: reuse design components and elements across projects

Higher-tier plans such as Growth ($49/month per user) add unlimited staging sites and “site-specific access”, letting you define who can access and edit individual projects. Enterprise Workspace Plans provide custom solutions with guaranteed SLAs and dedicated support.
