How long does the design take?
It depends on your plan and immediate priorities. Under a retainer, we usually kick off your first tasks within a few days. We deliver simple assets (banners, one-pagers) very fast. More complex items like e-books or presentation templates typically take 2–4 weeks. For major projects (like a website redesign or full rebranding), we’ll map out a realistic timeline together.
Can you modify our existing materials, or do we have to start from scratch?
We can do both. If you already have a brand manual or a defined visual style, we’ll build on it, refresh it, and evolve it over time. If you need an entirely new identity, we’ll design it for you from the ground up.
What do you need from us to get started?
Basic information about your brand and ideally any existing assets you have – brand manual, templates, and current marketing materials. The more context you provide, the faster and better we can deliver.
What if we're not sure what assets we need?
No problem – that’s exactly where we come in. We’ll help you sort out your priorities, highlighting what needs immediate attention and what can wait. As we tackle your first tasks, we’ll quickly learn your preferences, and your new design system will naturally take shape.
Do we need a retainer, or do you also take one-off projects?
In short: we don’t do minor one-off tasks like standalone business cards or flyers. We focus on long-term partnerships and continuous brand evolution across larger design ecosystems (graphics and web design).
We offer two two ways to work together:
- Retainer – a better hourly rate, dedicated monthly capacity, and proactive long-term development.
- Timesheet – a higher hourly rate for ad-hoc requests without commitment.
We do accept standalone, one-off projects, but only for larger scopes with clear, detailed specifications – such as a rebranding or a new website.
What's the difference between a one-off project and a retainer?
A one-off project works best for well-defined, standalone tasks. A long-term retainer, on the other hand, means we continuously care for your brand – handling day-to-day requests, maintaining visual consistency, and growing your identity over time.
